My dog, Myra, and I are regular visitors to the local dog park.  We meet up with her best friend, Ruby and her Mom in the early morning hours when it’s “relatively” cool in Arizona in the summer. While the dogs romp and sniff around, we humans get a chance to visit and often discuss canine health or behavior issues.  I have found there’s much to learn and know about owning a dog so this website reflects my interest in providing information for not only me but others with a love of their dog and eagerness to provide a good healthy and safe environment for their pals.
